• •Tools for verified gym owners to claim, manage, and update their gym profiles and information.
• •Class schedules and event information for gyms.

Our basic Services are provided free of charge. We may introduce premium features in the future.

5. User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

• •Maintain the confidentiality and security of your password and account credentials.

If you are a gym owner or authorized representative claiming a gym listing:

• •You must verify your ownership or official authorization to manage the gym listing through our verification process.
• •You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all gym information you provide.
• •You may respond to reviews but must do so professionally, constructively, and in compliance with these Terms.
• •You agree to keep gym information (hours, contact details, schedules) current and accurate.
• •You agree that Grappling Reviews is not liable for any disputes between you and reviewers or customers.

9. Review Guidelines

When submitting reviews, you must:

• •Be honest, fair, and base reviews solely on your genuine personal experience.
• •Only review gyms you have personally visited or trained at.
• •Disclose any conflicts of interest (e.g., you are a competitor, former employee, or have a personal relationship with the gym).
• •Understand that we reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these Terms, our content guidelines, or appear to be fraudulent.

All content, features, functionality, trademarks, logos, and service marks of Grappling Reviews (excluding user-generated content) are owned by nStern Digital Solutions UG or its licensors and are protected by German and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, or create derivative works of our proprietary content without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nStern Digital Solutions UG, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to: (a) your use or inability to use our Services; (b) any content posted by users; (c) any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data; (d) any third-party conduct on our Services. Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you may also bring claims in your country of residence, and you retain any mandatory consumer protection rights under your local law.

The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to reflect the parties' original intent as closely as possible.
