E.M.A.A. offers combat‑sport classes such as Mixed Martial Arts, Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai and Esdo in a spacious training hall (340 m²) equipped with mats and a boxing ring at Fit‑O‑Drom Östringen. Special kids’ kickboxing courses are also available. You can join the training at any time.
