P.S.V. Basdorf e.V. offers Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training, developed by the brothers Carlos and Hélio Gracie. The emphasis is on the ground game, with standing throw techniques also taught in class. No punches or kicks are allowed. The coach is BJJ Blackbelt Enrico Pfeifer.
