The Jiu‑Jitsu department of Pol.-TuS Linnich 1906 e.V. offers children from age 6 and adults the opportunity to train self‑defense. There are four kids/teen groups and one adult group, supervised by members of the adult group with support from the ZANSHIN DOJO of VFB Erftstadt.
