Ju-Jutsu is a modern self‑defence system based on break‑fall and ground‑fighting techniques, defensive, striking and kicking techniques, as well as locks and throws. It enables situation‑specific counter‑measures and was founded in 2002. The club offers both recreational and competition sport.
