SV Wacker Osterwald - Jiu-Jitsu

Jiu-Jitsu at SV Wacker Osterwald is a Japanese martial art focused on self‑defense, defending against attackers, strikes, kicks, and ground fighting. Both traditional Gi training and No‑Gi are offered. The program is open to all age groups from 5 years old, and no prior experience is required.
