Red Dragon Self‑Defense Duderstadt offers Ju‑Jutsu training for children, teens and adults. Classes are held on Tuesdays and Fridays, also during holidays. Visitors are welcome to drop in and try a session at any time. There is also an inclusive group for adaptive athletes.
