OSC Bremerhaven offers a Jiu‑Jitsu group for youths aged 16 and up as well as adults. Training takes place every Friday from 6:30 pm in the Walter‑Kolb Hall. Experienced coaches teach a wide range of techniques and principles of Jiu‑Jitsu.
