IFG Bitburg offers a comprehensive training program for combat sports such as wrestling, kickboxing, MMA, and fitness boxing. There are dedicated classes for kids, teens, and adults, as well as personal training and open‑mat sessions. Grappling/sparring is also part of the schedule.
