Pak Sung Bo is a combat sport/martial art for self‑defence in Bergkamen that combines elements of Wing Chun, Shaolin Kung Fu, Muay Thai, and traditional boxing. Classes are offered for children and adults, as well as private instruction, to develop confidence and defensive skills.
