The Holtz Combat Sports Academy in Werl and Büderich offers professional kickboxing for children (starting at age 6) and adults. The coaches are Joachim Holtz and his sons Nico and Leon. The spacious hall is located in a former barn. A free trial session (up to three times) can be arranged.
