The Ju‑Jutsu department of TuS Wallmerod offers training for beginners and advanced practitioners from age 12. The focus is both on sport aspects and competition as well as on self‑defense and everyday self‑assertion. Training is led by experienced coaches, including coaches with BJJ graduations.
