The Rostock Training Center of Ju‑Jutsu Team Rostock e.V. offers a wide range of martial arts and self‑defence courses. In addition to ju‑jutsu, Kali Silat Evolution, boxing, Krav Maga and yoga are also available. Dedicated training slots are offered for children and adults.
