The Judo and Budo Club Marl 70 e.V. offers, among other things, Brazilian Jiu‑Jitsu (BJJ) and grappling. BJJ is a martial art that has been developed since the early 20th century by the Brazilian Gracie family and includes throws, arm locks, chokes and hold‑down techniques as well as ground defense.
