Zen‑Ki‑Budo e.V. offers an introductory Jiu Jitsu course for adults aged 16 to 50 during the 2018 summer holidays. Training takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm. Joining regular training after the course is possible.
