The Heidgrabener Sports Club of 1949 e.V. offers Jiu‑Jitsu training for children from age 8, teens from age 14, and adults. The focus is on weapon‑free self‑defense and self‑assertion. Classes are held on Fridays and Saturdays by appointment. Interested parties are welcome to drop by.
