The ATMO CLUB in Garbsen is a Performance & Functional Fitness gym. It offers functional training in small groups, HYROX‑specific workouts, personal training, a 7‑week challenge, as well as kids and youth training in the Kids Club, including movement and Jiu‑Jitsu for minis (ages 3‑7).
