The Jiu Jitsu department of TV Brilon 1884 e.V. offers self‑defense training based on the traditional martial art of Jiu Jitsu. Training takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the gymnasium of Heinrich‑Lübke School. Emphasis is placed on physical fitness, personal development, and confidence.
